School Pupils' Wartime Reconstructions
We decided we would find out what some aspects of life were like in the war and then compare them to what we have today.

Whenever we talked to people about their wartime experiences the topic that came up most often was that of rationing, so we started our reconstructions with food by cooking a typical meal from today and a typical meal from World War Two.

For entertainment the most popular pass-time during the War was to go dancing. We decided to look at the typical kind of dance that people did during the War and then compare that to today's modern disco style dancing.
